Where Our Products Come From

We keep our supplier network small on purpose. Instead of working with hundreds of random sources, we focus on a handful that we can really trust.

United States – Verified Local Suppliers

For our US sourcing, we work with five verified American suppliers.
They are all:

  • Registered businesses with a physical address in the US

  • Able to provide proper invoices and proof of purchase from reputable distribution channels

  • Under contract with us to follow a strict no-counterfeit and no “mystery factory” policy

We don’t publicly list their names for security and competitive reasons, but every product we buy from them is fully documented on our side.

Europe – GoldenSneakers

For Europe, we primarily work with GoldenSneakers, our trusted EU sourcing partner.

GoldenSneakers has to meet the same standards:

  • Verified business registration and VAT

  • Clear, traceable sourcing for every batch

  • Consistent packaging, labeling and product quality

  • Willing to cooperate with our regular quality checks

In short: we only work with local, verified suppliers that are willing to be transparent with us.

How We Check Quality Before We Resell

Before a product ever appears on SneakersZoo.com, it goes through our own checks:

  1. Supplier check
    We verify the supplier’s business details, sourcing, and documentation before we place any larger orders.

  2. Sample & batch checks
    We order samples and check:

    • Materials and stitching

    • Comfort and fit

    • Labels, tags & packaging compared to known standards

    If a batch doesn’t feel right, we simply don’t list it.

  3. Ongoing spot checks
    We regularly pull items from stock to re-check quality and packaging, and we keep an eye on customer feedback and returns. Anything suspicious or inconsistent is investigated.

  4. Zero-tolerance on doubts
    If we ever have doubts about a product line or supplier, we pause those products and sort it out before they go back online.

We’d rather sell fewer pairs than risk selling something we wouldn’t wear ourselves.

Our Authenticity Promise

We call it a 100% Authenticity Guarantee because that’s really what we aim for.

  • We only list products from our verified suppliers.

  • If you ever believe you’ve received a product that isn’t authentic or doesn’t match the description, please contact us straight away with your order number and photos.

  • If after review there’s any doubt about authenticity, we will:

    • Remove that product from the site while we investigate

    • Work with you in line with our returns/refund policy to make it right

We want to be fully transparent and follow Shopify’s guidelines:

  • SneakersZoo is an independent Shopify reselling store.

  • We are not an official, brand-owned, or “verified” selling point for any brands we may feature.

  • All brand names and trademarks (for example UGG and other brands) belong to their respective owners.

What we do is:

  • Source products from local, verified suppliers

  • Perform our own quality and authenticity checks

  • Offer them to you through our Shopify store with clear, honest product descriptions

We don’t claim to be the brand; we’re a reseller that takes authenticity seriously.
